Caribbean Name Archive takes your privacy seriously. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your report.

What we collect

• Your email address (provided at checkout via Stripe).
• The surname and optional clues you enter in the research form.
• Payment details — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical logs for error monitoring (no personal data in logs).

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your surname report.
• To email your report and respond to support requests.
• We do not sell, share or use your data for advertising.

Retention

• Previews without purchase: deleted after 30 days.
• Paid reports: retained for re-delivery until you request deletion.
• Order records: retained per applicable legal and fiscal requirements.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Your report PDF will be removed from our servers. Family story content is stored encrypted.
